Troubleshooting Pics – What We Need

If you’re having trouble with your pistol after installing our products and have contacted us, we may ask you to send photos to us for diagnostic. ┬áThe following photos are examples of what the photos should look like, please keep in mind that focus and lighting are most critical in this case as we’re going to use these photos to diagnose the problem you’re having.

What they are looking for are clear, well lit pictures of the following:

-Under the slide
-Sear housing block
-Trigger Assembly
-and the parts that have been removed from the firearm.

Please make the photos as clear as possible as we will be looking at the machine lines, size, and color of parts. If the gun is dirty please clean so the pictures are clear the first time. If the gunsmith can’t make out the items in them clearly he will request new pictures.

    Hi i Just installed The apex trigger and spring kit but a spring that goes to the sear housing block flew off so I don’t know where it goes I have the smith and wesson sd40ve California complaint views of top of sear block would be great
