Shipping Policies

Sear Housing Block must be removed from firearm prior to shipping APEX. We do not recommend sending in lower receiver/ lower frame of firearm for upgrades only. Any shipment of lower receiver(s) sent to us will be shipped back from our facility OVERNIGHT FEDEX at customer expense due to serial number stamp.

Please package the housing block for shipping at your preference. 

All isolated unit housing blocks will be sent back in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box.

Information We Collect

Apex Tactical Specialties, Inc.(ATS,Inc.) collects information about the use of the service to provide a secure and personalized experience. This includes the customer's name, purchasing records, and shopping patterns to better serve your needs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any and all items sold by APEX for exchange or refund must be sent back to our facility within 60 days from the purchase date. After 60 Days are sales are final.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly provide our service to persons under the age of 21.
