Due to the current backlog of pistols and revolvers already received for service upgrades, Apex Tactical Specialties is temporarily suspending gunsmithing services in order to catch up on the backlog. Due to the large volume of firearms on hand, we anticipate this could take a few months.
In the case of a warranty repair situation, Apex will accept firearms on a case-by-case basis only. As is our policy, Apex will only accept a firearm shipment that has a quote and the shipment has been coordinated with our customer service department. If you have quote but have not yet shipped your firearm, DO NOT SHIP IT. Please contact Apex Customer Service at (805) 528-5250 to discuss.
As of today, Thursday, March 3, 2016, all firearms sent to Apex without authorization from an Apex Customer Service Representative will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
