• ALWAYS CHECK THE SLIDE AND BARREL PORT CLEARANCE BEFORE USE.
• FAILURE TO OBSERVE THIS WARNING WILL RESULT IN BODILY HARM AND FIREARM DAMAGE.
• The entirety of the barrel ports must align with the slide windows so the complete perimeter of the barrel port is visible through the windows of the slide when the barrel is installed.
• Hot gases and debris emit from the barrel ports upon firing; hot gases may cause property damage, clothing damage, or severe injury to the user or bystanders; keep body parts, clothing, and equipment away from ports while firing.
• DO NOT USE PLATED OR RAW LEAD AMMUNITION WITH A PORTED BARREL
• Users should expect a projectile velocity reduction of up to 5% with a ported barrel, compared to a non-ported barrel; this may affect bullet deformation and expansion at termination.
• Visible muzzle flash is often increased with the use of a ported barrel and may affect the user’s vision in the dark.
• Ported barrels are loud; always use proper hearing protection and be mindful of your surroundings.
