State of CA, PFAS Compliance
To Whom It May Concern,
With California's passing of Bill 1817 in 2022, textile articles, gear, and fabrics containing regulated perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) will no longer be permitted to be sold in the State of California on or after January 1st, 2025.
As of the date of this letter, Apex Tactical does not offer any products which are controlled under California’s Assembly Bill 1817 (AB-1817), and Apex does intend to comply with this regulation going forward.

State of CA, AB 1263 Compliance
To Whom It May Concern,
California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263) establishes new requirements for the sale and delivery of certain firearm parts and accessories, including age and identity verification, customer acknowledgements, and specific shipping obligations.
In order to comply with this law, Apex Tactical Specialties will no longer ship products to customers with California billing or shipping addresses after December 28, 2025, except where shipment is permitted to eligible law enforcement agencies or individuals.

State of CA, SB 704 Compliance
To Whom It May Concern,
California Senate Bill 704 (SB 704) establishes new requirements for the sale and transfer of standalone firearm barrels in the State of California. Under this law, standalone firearm barrels may only be sold or transferred in person through a firearms dealer (FFL) licensed in California. The provisions of SB 704 that restrict the sale and shipment of standalone firearm barrels take effect on January 1, 2026.
In order to comply with this law, Apex Tactical Specialties will no longer ship products to customers with California billing or shipping addresses after December 28, 2025, except where shipment is permitted to eligible law enforcement agencies or individuals.
