If after reviewing our instructional videos you are having trouble installing your Apex products, or experiencing issues after installation, then Apex's customer support team is here to help.
Step 1 - Contact Apex
Call Apex custom service at (623) 322-0200 between 9:00am and 4:30pm Arizona Time, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When calling it is best to have ready access to your firearm.
Step 2 - Detail The Issue
When contacting Apex, please detail the circumstances of your issue with the following information:
- Firearm make, model and caliber
- What Apex kit(s) and/or part(s) you are installing
- What issue you are experiencing
- Your phone and email
Step 3 - Follow Up
If your issue cannot be immediately remedied, then your Apex customer support representative will ask you for a series of photos of your pistol and the installed parts. Why photos? Simple, these photos allow Apex to see what you are seeing and diagnose what exactly is going wrong.
In the vast majority of cases these photos help resolve the problem quickly and efficiently, and best of all without the added expense of shipping your firearm. Should this not resolve the problem your Apex customer support representative will instruct you on what to do next
