Ported Barrel Considerations
This is a ported barrel, meaning that the pressure vessel has holes strategically placed along the bore to vent the high pressure, hot gas at just the right time; reducing muzzle rise and felt recoil for the user.
The host slide MUST have port vents that align with the barrel ports or the hot gasses coming off the barrel ports will explosively de-construct (explode) your pistol frame in your hand.
