Due to California’s AB 1263 and SB 704, Apex Tactical Specialties is no longer able to send products into the state of California as of January 1, 2026.

Orders placed for delivery into California before December 28, 2025 will be shipped on December 29, 2025, for arrival before January 1, 2026. 

Any order placed after December 28, 2025 for delivery into California will be automatically cancelled, and the customer issued a full refund. 

Warranty Replacement Parts

The exclusion of shipments into CA also extends to warranty replacement parts and kits as well.  We are working with legal counsel to determine how best to serve our customers going forward. 

California Law Enforcement / Military Sales

Exemptions exist within the new CA laws to allow for Law Enforcement and Military sales.  We are working with legal counsel to determine the best way to administer this on our end.  As of Jan 1, 2026, we will halt all LE/Mil sales into California until we have our new process in place.
