Lately, we’ve been hearing from a lot of people who think they’ve purchased from Apex Tactical Specialties, but they’re actually dealing with a completely different company. We get these calls and emails almost daily, so we want to make things as clear as possible. 

Who We Are Not 

We know the word “Apex” isn’t unique to us, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with other companies using it in their name. Plenty of legitimate businesses do.

That said, we're the only Apex Tactical Specialties, and we are not affiliated with, connected to, or responsible for any other company using “Apex” in their name, including businesses that sell firearm parts, accessories, or unrelated products.

Important Warning About a Look-Alike Site

There is one company in particular we’re very concerned about. They're using a web address that looks just like ours, but ends in .shop, instead of .com (the .com is us).

From what several people have told us, this company sounds to be operating fraudulently. Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard from multiple people who believed they were ordering from us, only to find out their orders never arrived. In every case, the purchase was made at the .Shop website, not at ApexTactical.com.

We’re not affiliated with the .Shop website and don’t know how it operates. We’re sharing what others have told us in the hope it helps you avoid a bad experience.

What to do if You Ordered from the Other Apex Tactical Website

If you’ve placed an order with the Apex Tactical website that ends in .Shop and believe you have been defrauded, we recommend doing the following quickly: 

  •  Contact your payment provider right away

We’ve already reported the site, but hearing from others may help Shopify fix issues faster.

ApexTactical.com is our official (and only) website. Always check the full domain name before placing an order, and be cautious of emails, invoices, or payment requests that don’t match our contact information.

We DO NOT sell our products directly through social media and we don't purchase advertising on any social sites or apps. If you see an ad on social media claiming to be us, it isn’t.
