Free Installation Service for a Limited Time
Apex is offering FREE installation of Apex trigger kits and/or barrel fitting for customers that purchase Apex parts directly from Apex from May 1, 2018 through August 31, 2018.
If you purchased direct from Apex, either from our website or over the phone, your name, and the date of your purchase, are in our system. If that purchase was made between May 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018, you are eligible for the free installation. (Free installation does not apply to our revolver hammers, but does cover our J-Frame Spring Kit)
If you did NOT purchase your parts directly from Apex, then you are not eligible for the free installation offer and our standard labor charge of $85 for a complete trigger kit install applies. All other upper assembly service work is priced à la carte.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Contact customer service at (623) 322-0200 to verify your purchase from Apex and its date. You can also place your order and arrange for the free installation.
Step 2: Apex customer service will go over the process with you and set up a service quote in our system, and a copy will be sent to you for final confirmation.
Step 3: Once your service quote is signed-off on, it’s time to ship your firearm. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, and test-fire when applicable. All firearms must be shipped overnight via FedEx or UPS.
WHAT IF I’M LOCAL?
If you live in the Phoenix Valley area and are local to Apex, you can arrange with customer service for a service appointment to drop your firearm off. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1: Contact customer service at (623) 322-0200 to verify your purchase from Apex and its date, or to place your parts order.
Step 2: Confirm you are local to Apex and would like to set up a service appointment to drop off you firearm. These are always scheduled out a minimum of 24 hours but can vary due to volume. We will try to accommodate your schedule as best we can.
Step 3: Drop off your firearm at scheduled time. Customer service will advise you as to when you can plan your pick up.
1. Do you make .45 barrels for a Kimber Custom?
2. Can you refer me to someone who does?
At 83, this Vietnam Veteran no longer has the dexterity in my hands to perform these services.
Thank you!
