AskDMemail Here at Apex we try and provide pretty good customer service. But every once in a while we run into a question that's a little too big to handle. That's when we call in the proverbial "big dawgs" and turn to our very own Dammit Frank. A machinist, a welder and an EDM operator extraordinaire (in his own mind), Dammit Frank is our resident expert on all things Apex and the big picture issues we face today, like, "Why is it that a box of Post Grape-Nuts contains neither grapes nor nuts?" A tough question indeed, but thankfully Frank's here to help. And he has a FREE T-Shirt you could win. We know you got questions and Dammit Frank stands ready to assist you. So here's what you do. To submit a question, follow these 4 simple steps:
  1. Think up a question. If you need help, ask a friend, but you should be able to handle this part on your own.
  2. Use the hashtag #AskDammitFrank in the subject line of your email.
  3. Email that awesome - or not-so awesome - question to Dammit Frank at his special email address: [email protected].
  4. Sit back and wait for a response...just don't hold your breath because Frank's a very busy guy here at Apex, doing something, though we're not sure what.
If Frank uses your question in an upcoming episode of #AskDammitFrank you'll get a FREE Apex Behind Enemy Lines t-shirt. Of course the free t-shirt is subject to availability and the sizes we have on hand. So, time to get those questions into Dammit Frank. Remember! We only accept #AskDammitFrank questions via email. If you post it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, then congratulations on being a social media guru. Just don't bank on that free t-shirt because, once again, we're only reviewing questions sent to us via the [email protected] email address. You can post them on the interwebs for sure, but we need the question emailed to us if you want it considered for an episode of #AskDammitFrank. If that doesn't make any sense to you then you now know why we call him Dammit Frank. Good Talk!
