We recently called out some websites trying to pass themselves off as official sources for Apex Tactical products, and we're happy to say we were able to get those sites shut down.

Unfortunately, the same issue has popped up again.

We’ve found a whole new batch of sketchy websites that claim to be selling Apex Tactical products. While there are other legit sites that sell our products, the sites we've uncovered have ZERO connection to Apex Tactical whatsoever.

Which Websites are Fake?

We don't want to list the names in print, but here's a quick video that shows a few sites we've recently come across. Unfortunately, we're sure there are more, but these are just a few examples.

What We're Doing About the Fake Sites

We've heard from customers who thought they were buying directly from us, only to discover their order never shipped. We take that seriously, and we're doing everything we can to make sure it doesn't happen to you.

As soon as we become aware of a site impersonating us or claiming to sell our products when we know they don't, we try to get it taken down by reporting it to the proper channels. If you come across one of these sites and want to report it, we suggest you do it here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov

We appreciate everyone who’s taken the time to flag these issues. Everything helps when we're dealing with so many of these fraudulent sites.

How to Avoid Getting Scammed by Fraudulent Sites

Here are some ways you can tell you're on a fake site:

  • The site is selling our product at a price much lower than our retail price
  • The domain name and company name don't match
  • The site is using a variation/misspelling of ApexTactical.com in their domain name

We don't sell our products through social media and we don't buy ads on any social platform or app. If you see an ad claiming to be us, it isn't. Please don't engage with it.
